Lacrosse is a pop band from Stockholm, Sweden.

Henrik, Kristian, Nina, Rickard, Robert and Tobias started making music together 2005. Since then they released two albums, "This new year will be for you and me" (november 2007) and "Bandages for the heart" (may 2009) which both have been released by Tapete Records.

Trivia:

No Lacrosse member was born or brought up in the same town.

The members of Lacrosse have played in bands like Hello Musiclovers, Gemene Man, Goodwill, Lancaster and Låtsaskatten prior to starting Lacrosse.

The only band/artist that everyone in Lacrosse can agree on liking is Sonic Youth.

The twelve songs that can be found on the debut album are the twelve first songs recorded.

At one point we wanted to top Stephen Merritt and wrote a song a day just to be able to put out a record called “70 lovesongs, ha!”.

Among the guest musicians on the debut album are people who normally play in Laakso, [ingenting], The Sweptaways and Hampus. On the second album we didn't have any guests except for producer Jari Haapalainen who played some nice percussion, guitars and drums.
